Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may require additional days and incur additional postage charges. We will of course contact you for any additional charges, before dispatch if this is the case.

Next Day Orders

Express orders placed before 2.00 pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following working day.

For Saturday delivery you must place your order before 2.00 pm on Friday and choose one of our Saturday delivery options.

We are currently unable to offer our next day delivery service to the following remote rural postcodes or areas: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-21,         G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH17-99, TR21-25, or Eire (Republic of Ireland),  Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly Isles, Orkney & Shetland.                

Returns

Occasionally, we make purchases we are not happy with. Not a problem, with us, just let us know within 14 days, return the items in a resalable condition within 14 days of notifying us, and in their original packaging, and we will refund you the cost of the items as soon as we receive them. This policy, however, does not include any items that we have personalised for you, or where it is clearly stated in the product information at the time of purchase, that the item is not returnable.
